Position : Test Architect

      Experience : 10Yrs to 15Yrs

      Location: Bangalore

1. 10+ Years of demonstrated Testing experience (5+ years of managerial/lead experience).
2. Develop/Evaluate  estimates, financials and technical proposals for providing testing solutions to level clients.
3. Very well versed with both functional and non functional testing.
4. Strong experience in designing Manual/Automation framework
5. Exposure & understanding of common industry wide automation frameworks
6. Experience in Pre Sales / consulting
7. Experience in designing both white box and black box testing
8. Knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques
9. Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility
10. Analytical & Troubleshooting skills
11. Good team player and ability to work with onshore & offshore teams
12. Excellent communication and convincing skills
13. Understanding of Common Testing KPIs
14. Knowledge of Software Design Concepts
15. Awareness and Implementation of TMMI model desired
16. Certifications in Testing (any one ) would be an added advantage
    1. Certified Manager of Software Testing (CMST)
    2. Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)
    3. Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

1. Provide technical leadership to the testing shared service
2. Design test frameworks
3. Pro-actively review current processes and drive improvements.
4. Be a counterpart to the development architect
5. Define SLA’s with different clients / counterparts, take feedback and make improvements
6. Coach and mentor team members on emerging technologies and testing techniques
7. Perform Feasibility study & Proposal for new Test Engagements
8. Contribute to Test Strategy Preparation
9. Assist Test Manager with detailed test planning and test scoping/sizing activities
10. Provide leadership for test specification and design, test automation & test execution
