ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
He/She will responsible for design, development, testing, and maintenance of a wide range of features in Employee Management Solutions products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive leadership experience in design and implementation of shrink-wrapped Windows applications.
The engineer will work with architects, other developers, QA engineers, project managers and product managers to ensure that the applications meet the client's product offering values and exceed the customer's expectations. The product must be functionally complete, reliable, easy to use, and supportable and meet the performance targets.
POSITION: STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER
LOCATION:
EXPERIENCE: 10 + year’s in IT
QUALIFICATION: - BS or MS
in Computer Science or related field
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong experience with Windows development and Win32 APIs is preferred.
- User interface-oriented design and development experience
- 5+ years of experience with any modern object oriented language. C++
preferred.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET and XML is a plus.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principals and standards
- Experience developing commercial Windows applications preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience driving engineering and cross-functional teams.
- "Self-starter" attitude and the ability to make decisions
independently.
- Understanding of the accounting needs of small to medium sized businesses is
a plus.
