Job title : Sr. Manager - Business finance

Education : Chartered Accountant / MBA from premier institutions

Position located at    :           Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Business finance & Management Accounting functions for GSC and all Business Lines
• Define and implement the Account Management role for Finance to support Business Lines
• Analyze and share insights with Management and Business Line Heads on revenue streams, cost drivers, cost elements and variance analysis
• Drive the annual budgeting exercise of organization and BL levels
• Review and recommend changes to the cost allocation methodology and the billing models
• Prepare and submit necessary MIS reports / Dashboards / business finance analysis periodically to the local as well as Paris management from time to time
• Prepare / validate / benchmark the rate cards for various services provided including for new proposals
• Participate actively to definition of methodologies for computing cost savings, break even for new projects, etc
• Support cost optimization exercises through in-depth analysis
• Formalize existing procedures for Cost transparency reporting and automate the process

Profile Required:

• Chartered Accountant / MBA from premier institutions with minimum 6-7 years of experience in multinational / large Indian IT corporations
• Hands on managerial experience in Business finance and Management Accounting functions
• High degree of skills in analytic tools and their interface with accounting systems
• Must possess deep knowledge of IT and BPO operations
• Exposure of working in a global set-up is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, analytic and presentation skills are required
