Skills & Experience:
General Operations Strategy Skills
- Relevant industry and/or consulting experience in operations strategy, defining and improving operational models, improving business process design and performance, reducing costs / increasing profit, product design / innovation and/or Lean Six Sigma
- Must exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management
- Must possess excellent analytical skills with proficiency in fundamental consulting and operations strategy tools, methods, and frameworks
- Prefer candidates that have experience in delivering complex operations projects and initiatives with tangible results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with senior executives
- Demonstrating a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction
- Should have Global exposure, dealing & interacting with Clients across the Globe
Skills and Experience :
- Strategic Profitability Improvement: Extensive experience in leading strategic consulting engagements; deep expertise in one or more areas among financial & operational analysis, expense analysis, spend analysis, inventory analysis, network analysis, business case and roadmap development and project management skills; prior experience of interacting with CXO level executives is a must
- Business Process Management: Experience in BPM area - includes metrics and process definition, process designing, process modeling and simulation, as-is process analysis, process & program management and BPR.
- Operating Model: Experience in consulting projects around operating models definition, globalization of operations, shared services, captives, off-shoring and outsourcing and location advisory.
- Process Transformation: Experience in large scale transformation and system implementation projects as process consultant, business / client requirements analysis, project and program management during transformation.
