POSITION: SCRUM MASTER /TECH LEAD
Location - Hyderabad and Gurgaon
EXPERIENCE: 7 -12 YEARS
Primary Responsibilities
* Consult with business product owners and users to evaluate business requirements
* Understand business operations workflows
* Evaluating existing and proposed systems
* Assist/coach others in defining incremental deliverable
* Work with business leaders to prioritize desired changes
* Be involved in both short-term iteration and longer term release planning.
Duties:
* Serves as a catalyst for the team’s bonding process, demonstrates a firm, self-assured leadership, and provides stability and assurance
* Provides leadership in estimation of capacity planning, schedules, products development & deployment effort
* Establishes frameworks, guidelines, roadmaps, and directions for products design, construction, integration, validation, and deployment
* Conducts Scrum meetings, navigates Agile team throughout Planning games, Sprints, demo/reviews, releases, and retrospectives
* Embraces Agile Values and Principles, shields members from external influence, prevents team from burning and ensures resources availability
* Fosters the environment of continuous improvement, embodies the strive for technical excellence, and endorses best practices, methods, and techniques
* Works with release management and technical support entities, enforces SLAs, and ensures development/deployment processes’ compliance with IDC processes
Should be a certified scrum master or have extensive experience leading scrums
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. SCRUM MASTER,SPRINT PROCESS,AGILE METHODOLOGY
2. LANGUAGE: JAVA,J2EE/ .NET
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience: experience in scrum projects including sprint process, techniques & methodology.
