Description
To take responsibility for ensuring that the SAP solution is designed and documented to support the processes and delivers the business benefits.
The role includes:
- Supporting the development and documentation of existing and new processes.
- Assisting with the definition of the functional scope across a local government agency through client discussions
- Lead teams to document and roll-out of any new processes
- Managing the team of SAP SME’s covering the functional scope of the solution;
- HR & Payroll
- Procurement
- Customer Services
- Asset Management
- Finance
- Technology
- Non-SAP components
- Local Government expertise
- Good understanding of current profession and industry best practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn additional SAP functionality and lead related design discussions
- Ability to run meetings/workshops
- Excellent team player, with strong oral and written communication skills
- The ability to make decisions and implement actions to tight time constraints
