Description

To take responsibility for ensuring that the SAP Procurement solution is designed and documented to support the processes and delivers the business benefits. The role includes:

• Supporting the development and documentation of existing and new Procurement processes.
• Assisting with the definition of the Procurement scope across a local government agency through client discussions
• Document and roll-out of any new processes
• High Level Functional Knowledge required;
  • SRM, SUS, MDM (catalogue mgmt)
  • MM, IM
  • OCR & Scanning
  • E-Sourcing
  • Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Reporting

• Local Government finance and accountancy policy expertise
• Good understanding of current profession and industry best practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to learn additional SAP transactions
• Ability to run meetings/workshops
• Excellent team player, with strong oral and written communication skills
• The ability to make decisions and implement actions to tight time constraints
