Position  : SAP Development Lead

Description

To take responsibility for ensuring that the SAP WRICEF objects are designed and documented to support the processes and deliver the business benefits. The role includes:

• Define the development standards and tools using the Architecture Decisions deliverable as defined by UMF deliverables
• Define the Build Management processes including Release meetings ensuring that the configuration and code objects are managed across the landscape
• Own the approach, impact assessment, development and documentation of existing and new WRICEF objects.
• Own the relationship between client and offshore delivery
• Lead the development team to deliver WRICEF objects

• Good understanding of current profession and industry best practices, specifically the use of the Reference Architecture for SAP.
• Excellent understanding of development options including the use of GD accelerators
• Excellent understanding of both ABAP and J2EE development standards and impacts on performance
• Good knowledge of new development capabilities in SAP eg CE
• Ability to lead a team and providing the necessary status updates to Technical leadership
• Ability to run meetings/workshops
