Roles and responsibility for
Research Associate/Analyst, AON, Bangalore :
- Research, analyze and report on a particular company/ industry. This includes the following tasks:
-
- Research data sources including Hoovers, D&B, Bloomberg, OneSource, Factiva, Forrester, Gartner, etc.,
- Extraction of data from salesforce.com
- Analysis of data by business, industry, geography, products/services, client size, and other relevant business segmentations (EMEA focused)
- Creation of management reports in PowerPoint and Word that are “executive level” ready.
- Extraction of data from a variety of Aon financial systems to create the Revenue Engine report as per the template.
- Zero error reporting capability.
- Analysis of the data and the ability to format data in an understandable way for leaders.
- Ability to coordinate with business unit leaders, particularly marketing liaisons for reports/ data.
- Timely and consistent reporting.
Requirements for
Research Associate/Analyst, AON, Bangalore :
- Familiarity with 3rd party data sources –
- Familiarity with salesforce.com
- Expertise in research & data analysis
- Logical thinking
- Highly Proficient in Excel (advanced usage), database concept, PowerPoint and data manipulation
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of sales & marketing processes
- Ability to “investigate” and build upon the data analysis
- “Can do” attitude, flexibility, ability to respond quickly and creatively to changing requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience/transferable skills required.
