Roles and responsibility for
Proposal Consultant, AON, Bangalore :
- Work with proposal production team to develop and prepare new business proposals, finalist presentations and other related materials. This includes the following tasks:
- Research and gather client/prospect background information (market research)
- Work with U.S. proposal team to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
- Coordination of marketing proposals and presentations, including writing non-technical sections
- Follow standard proposal process, including standard language and templates, draft management, and keeping proposal and presentation schedules
- Coordinate proposal materials, including graphics, text, logo placement, and sub-consultant material
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements for
Proposal Consultant, AON, Bangalore :
- Advanced writing and editing skills
- Expertise with American grammar and usage
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work under deadline pressure, but still maintain accuracy and detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with proposal production team in
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with internal customers, and with Aon’s global teams.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet navigation
- Familiarity and interest in graphic design
- “Can do” attitude, flexibility, ability to respond quickly and creatively to changing requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience/transferable skills required
