Position : Executive Managing Consultant

- Executive Managing Consultants are expected to lead engagement activities ranging from pre-sales to sales to delivery as required by the client engagement/contract. They should have demonstrated THOUGHT leadership on medium, complex engagements, larger, less-complex engagements and major phases of very large engagements.
- Develops relationships with client executives at CxO level. Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility in first client meeting, itself.
- Demonstrated thought leadership across all phases of large, complex engagements, including -functional, international or cross-organizational teams. Should have provided oversight to multiple engagements at one time.
- Establishes project vision and objectives with the client. Lead proposal team through development of project scope and approach to solution client issue. Understands and abides by the quality assurance guidelines. Can draft and review responses to Requests for Information (RFI), responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), must be well versed with contractual designs and be able to draft & review contracts and statements of work
- Performs quality review of major project deliverables. Leads work sessions and deliverable presentations with client CxO members. Identifies and secures new and follow on work.

- Sufficiently fluent in Enterprise risk management techniques
- Sufficiently fluent in Enterprise Risk Management techniques, Framework Development and Deployment and also the nitty gritty of traditional risk management mechanisms of Operational , Market and Credit risk and non-traditional risk such as reputation risk, strategic risk and data risk management to gain the confidence of senior risk officers
- Expertise in Methods, Tools, Standards and Techniques of Enterprise Risk Management and the acumen to weave consulting skills around these
- Expert insight and advisory skills around the emerging regulations, mandates and guidelines governing the enterprise risk management capabilities of Financial Services Institutions.
- Able to work in both a marketing and delivery capacity
- Fluent in at least a couple commercial risk packages
- Solid understanding of banking in general
- Senior level consulting background
- Able to source and develop opportunities independently
