Position : Enterprise Analytics Architect

The Enterprise Analytics Architect (EAA) is as an integral member of the sales and delivery team providing high-level solution design and on-going advice throughout the technology adoption life cycle from pre-sales through delivery (design to implementation). During enterprise analytics pursuit and delivery engagements, the EAA assists with account management, engagement management, project management, technical development management as appropriate.

In the EAA role you will lead the translation of the client's complex business requirements into specific system, application or process designs. This includes working as a team member with client personnel to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with or in some instances leading others in the identification, justification and design of the client's solution.

You must establish strong working relationships with clients as a trusted technical advisor and IT solution partner. Clients value our EAA's demonstrated industry, process and technology insights, knowledge and understanding applied to leverage analytics to optimize business performance. This trusted relationship is earned through deep understanding and refinement of clients' high level industry-based process requirements and driving the articulation of the enterprise analytics solution based upon client needs, spanning multiple product lines and technologies.

You will be a key contributor in the selling process by evaluating proposals from a solution perspective, including feasibility, practicality, technical viability, consistency, standards conformity (both internal and external to the client), and translating the design into the Statement of Work process, leading the team to successful implementation.

During the implementation process you will, from time to time, be engaged to ensure the overall integrity of the enterprise solution implementation to adapt and apply technical expertise and business process know-how, as well as, implementation methodology and best practices.

In addition to the above mentioned client engagement activities, you are looked upon as a thought leader in the development and application of best practices, implementation methodologies and tools, to ensure repeatability, quality, and consistency of analytics engagements across the globe.

You will participate actively in knowledge sharing activities such as communities of practice, forums, conferences and/or other knowledge exchanges.

You will advise other professionals (Project Managers, IT Architects and IT Specialists in team on tools, technology and methodology related to the design and development of solutions, and participates in evaluation and selection. You may be asked to research special topics as part of team responsibilities.

Expert level knowledge in one or more of the below five areas:
- Infrastructure, Networking, and Security
- Operating Systems and Frameworks (e.g. UNIX, Linux, .NET, J2EE, Application Servers)
- Data and Business Intelligence (e.g. RDBMS, Data Architecture, BI and ETL tools)
- Enterprise Integration (e.g. WebMethods, BEA Integration, Tibco).
- Enterprise Application (e.g. BPM, BAM, ERP)

Expert level knowledge of one or more horizontal business process areas, including: Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Audit and Compliance, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Logistics Management

Expert level knowledge of one or more of industry process areas including: Telecommunications, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, High Tech, Retail, Government, or Aerospace and Defense
