Roles and responsibility for
Consultant - Local Market Planner, AON, Bangalore :
- Extraction of data from a variety of Aon financial systems and other external databases to define the Universe of companies in a region. Analyze this list to create market share, wallet share and heat maps.
- Reporting capability using Excel Forms, Crystal Xcelsius & other BI tools
- Analysis of the data and the ability to format data in an understandable way for leaders
- Ability to coordinate with business unit leaders, particularly marketing liaisons for reports/ data.
- Timely and consistent reporting
Requirements for
Consultant - Local Market Planner, AON, Bangalore :
- Expertise in data analysis & data manipulation
- Highly Proficient in Crystal Xcelsius, Excel (advanced usage), MS Access, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SPSS is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to “investigate” and QA the data points
- Understanding of the sales and marketing process
- “Can do” attitude, flexibility, ability to respond quickly and creatively to changing requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience/transferable skills required
