Designation – Beta Operation Manager

Experience: 12yrs to 16 Yrs

Joining Location :  Pune

Desire Skills Set:

-  This job requires a person who can multiplex (work on a few betas and manage a team of 7-8 Beta Managers at the same time)and interface with a wide variety of people with varying technical skill levels.

-  The candidate must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, pressured environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor and should have an eye for detail.

-  The candidate must have outstanding organizational skills, and be able to plan and execute the team’s activities like a project. The candidate should also be a stickler for process compliance.

-  The candidate will be responsible for the quality of output from the team and should monitor/verify deliverables/status reports by each individual team member with utmost diligence

Must have Skills Set :

-          Must have experience in beta Program Management for multiple Products.

-          Must have very good experience in Customer Facing & Presentations.

-          Must have good Program management & People management skills .

-          Must have excellent Commutation Skills .
