Position: Associate Partner

The position of General Business Associate Partner is charged with the objective of defining the sales strategy, managing large deals and client relationships.
The company expects substantial expansion in terms of customer base and revenue, and the individual will be required to strategies and plan ahead for these developments. The position of the General Business Associate Partner is therefore a key and highly significant position.
The candidate will have a demonstrated track record in leading sales, business development and client growth activities in a consulting environment with domain experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Distribution, Auto, Healthcare, etc. S/he will have experience in managing large multi-account deals with enterprises preferably in the relevant domains. Further, experience in direct engagements in a client facing role is crucial for success in the position.
The individual would have about 15-20 years of work experience with multinational companies. Experience in a consulting, technology and/ or outsourcing solutions oriented environment with global technology consulting/system integration firms would be highly advantageous. Also, individuals in Associate Partnership positions in IT/Technology companies with a track record of sales and delivery of consulting services in companies can be considered for the General Business Associate Partner’s role.
The individual would have the operational savvy to manage a USD 30-40 million business with prior experience in sales and delivery, of engaging with and/or providing consulting services to non-IT and non-Financial Services sectors.
